Waste Management's WM ezPay offers two convenient ways to pay your bills online: Automatic monthly payments (the Online Billing Payment option below) or one-time payments.

Online
Billing Payment - To enroll, all you need is a recent
WM invoice, payment type information and a current email address.
This allows you to:
- Set up automatic payments
- Receive and view invoices on-line (You will no longer get a paper invoice in the mail)
- Enter your information once and then it is securely stored so you can automatically pay your bill
- It is your responsibility to make sure the email address you provided to us is valid.
- If you use a spam blocker program, please be sure that WmezPayNotice@WM.com is listed as a valid email address or you will not receive your invoices.
One-Time Payment - With WM ezPay One-Time Payment there is no enrollment, no remembering user IDs or passwords. We do not store any customer information this way, so each month you will be required to fill in all your account information. You will need to provide your account number, invoice number, full name, address, and payment type information (ie: credit card, bank information...). Your transaction will be securely processed and you won't have to worry about writing a check or mailing the payment.
With WM ezPay, your bill can be paid quickly and securely through Waste Management's private website, provided the amount of a single invoice does not exceed $10,000. What's even better is that you can make these transactions safely by using any one of the following methods: checking account, savings account, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.
